They don't call it the "The Last House" for no reason. Real recovery requires change and these guys provide that opportunity. So many of those suffering, but trying to get sober, are going in and out of treatment and in and out of sober living, stuck in a viscous cycle of hope followed by despair. The Last House is you or your loved ones opportunity to break that cycle. The Last House is there to help your loved one have an experience sufficient enough to inspire in them a change that will allow them to break the treatment cycle, and go on to build and live a flourishing life. As an owner of a recovery program I feel a moral obligation to sift through the "business of recovery" to find those programs that are truly well intentioned and capable of helping others recover. I was introduced to the men that operate The Last House a couple of years ago and not only was I welcomed into their home to meet their staff and graduates, but they have readily made themselves available to help me to strengthen my own program. These men have a solid understanding of the challenges that are encountered by those in early recovery and they are willing to go to any length to help their clients. I have grown an immense amount of trust in this program and have referred my own friends here in their time of need. If you are reading this I would urge you to at least give them a call. Even if you decide they aren't the right fit for you or your loved one they will surely do their best to help you in any way they can.
