Ismael: “I now have the ability to have an open mind and enjoy new experiences with things I wouldn’t have thought twice about. I have learned to not be judgmental and have grown compassion and empathy towards others. My life is no longer driven by fear based decisions. I live a life on integrity and can see that I deserve to be a better man. I no longer have to go through life alone. I can be vulnerable with the men in the house and not have fear. Learning to be a leader and dealing with many personalities. I walk through this earth as a free man. I have learned adaptability and humility by going through this program. Showing up for my family and also the people in this house. I have embraced taking opposite action and learned to do things that I do not want to do. I am grateful for the quality of life I am able to enjoy thanks to my hard work and The Last House.”
